Off Ice Training Program

This spring, all riggers teams have the opportunity of training with Crash Conditioning, which is a privilege sought after by many WHL, Junior and NHL players.  I am very excited by this opportunity, as Crash and his team will be great for our guys, physically and psychologically.
Doug Crashley’s credentials, program, philosophy and training speak for themselves and I encourage you all to have a good read through his website at  Crash Conditioning .  Doug’s training is tougher than most, thus his slogan, “Crash Conditioning, it’s not for everyone!”  But he and his trainers are qualified and experienced and will ensure all conditioning is age-appropriate for our boys’ strength, growth and development.
Very important to Crash, as it is to Mike and the Riggers, are character, discipline, respect, work ethic, and confidence.  Thus, as part of the Riggers, we expect excellent behaviour from all the boys.  Crash and his trainers will not tolerate any goofiness, horseplay, fooling around or inattention.  If this occurs, the boys involved will be removed from the group for the rest of the session.  However, because training with Crash is such a great opportunity and privilege, the Riggers have decided that if this occurs, the boys involved will be removed from all future sessions as well.  So, we ask that you please have a serious chat with your son about this, as there will be no second chances.
